Isla Tortuga

Isla Tortuga (Turtle Island), in the Golf of Nicoya, is notorious for its white sand and clear water, perfect for swimming, snorkeling and scuba diving.

The tour begins in the morning from the Central Valley, traveling for about two hours to the port in Puntarenas.  The ship is a modern catamaran which will be waiting with its professional and polite crew to take you to Isla Tortuga . The journey in the ocean, which is about an hour and a half, is very interesting and will give you the opportunity to take in some sun, listen to tropical music and enjoy some cocktails. 

Once we get to the island, will have plenty of time to swim, to walk on the white sand on the beautiful beach, to go snorkeling or to partake in many other fun activities. The delicious lunch will be served outdoors under the palm trees. After you have lunch, you will have more time to rest and relax and enjoy the island. We will be returning to San Jose around 7:30 pm .
