When and how did you learn English?I started learning when I was 12 years old, but I keep learning everyday. I went to a couple English courses.
What sparked your interest in being an ESL teacher?I enjoyed learning English and had really good teachers around me, so I wanted to keep going with the language.
What were some of your concerns before taking the TESOL course?Being around native speakers, who would definitely have some advantage when looking for a job.
What did your friends and family think about you taking the TESOL course?
They supported me a lot, and were really proud of me.

ADVICE FOR PROSPECTIVE NON-NATIVE ESL TEACHERS
What advice would you give a non-native English speaker who is considering the TESOL course? Don't be afraid of taking the course. It's an experience that will stay with you your whole life. Enjoy it as much as you can, and take advantage of every single class. There's a lot you can learn from the people around you. The course is definitely something that will help you in your life and career. Don't miss it!
